    NEW FORMAT FIRST FOR MANCHESTER 
    Forza Football “Strength, Force, Quickly” 
    The session for the 4, 5 & 6 years Olds will be based around Forza Football, using basic and intermediate skills along with the skills of using your body, Character and mindset of Wanting that ball, winning the hall when you haven’t got it. Loads of Fun.

    The Professional Club Scouting Issue 
    A Scout Quality Assurance Policy is Required info bola

    An idea for Professional Clubs to ensure the right level of Children are being taken into the clubs so as not to shatter or upset a child when the club coach says after a month they have to let him go back to his club. 
    In my mind I feel the child has been upset due to the wrong decision of the Scout, what happens to the Scout, I will tell you 
    NOTHING HAPPENS. Here’s a remedy to start getting this process right. WE NEED TO PROTECT THE CHILDREN FROM BEING UPSET, The world is tough enough

    1 - Pro Clubs have a look at your log of Children who have been placed in Academy in the last 12 months.

    2 - Pro Clubs Check the Scout who sent the child in

    3 - Pro Club Scouts who have brought children in and they have been at the club for 6 months as something is there. 
    Maybe give 5 points

    4 - Pro Club Scouts who have brought Children I and within 1 month were asked to go back to grassroots Clubs 
    Maybe 2 points

    5 - Pro Club Scouts who are bringing no children in 
    Maybe 0 points

    This will identify the quality of your selection process then maybe the Scout should be held responsible for the child’s unhappiness as he made the wrong decision.

    Everyone in any work place in this world is accountable for their actions Football Scouting should be no different.

    Again this isn’t a Club or Scout beating session it’s preventing children being upset by a wrong decision. info bola
